Acai berry vanilla smoothie bowl

  • 1-1.5 Bananas
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup Soy yogurt
  • 1 cup Soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Acai powder
  • A few drops of Vanilla oil
  • 1 tbsp each of Ground flaxseed, chia seed, hemp seed
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder(Optional)


  • Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth but thick enough that you can scoop it with a spoon.
  • Top with frozen raspberries, more soya yogurt, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, some chocolate granola and drizzle of molasses.
  • Dig in!
