Happy new year to all of you amazing people!
Today I am posting a nice quick vegan peanut butter and fruit toast recipe for breakfast  I have when I don’t have time in the morning!

Who does not like a nice slice of toast with creamy, crunchy peanut butter on? No one!
Here is how I have my vegan peanut butter and fruit toast to make it more nutritious, pretty and yummy.

How I make my vegan peanut butter and fruit toast 

I made my vegan peanut butter and fruit toast with rye bread.
Rye bread is one of my favourite bread now but when I first tried it, I thought it was AWEFUL.

Because I didn’t know the sour and wheaty flavour it had, I actually thought it’d gone rancid when I first put it in my mouth!

For a while I didn’t feel like eating rye bread but I gave it another try because I saw a lovely picture of rye bread with some toppings on on instagram.

So be aware if you have never tested rye bread, it might be too strong for your taste bud but try it with some of your favourite toppings like peanut butter or hummus with cherry tomatoes etc.

Vegan peanut butter and fruit toast

What you need:

  • Rye bread – as many as you want!
  • 1/2 -1 tbsp Peanut butter, smooth or crunchy whichever you like
  • A few raspberries, blackberries and blueberries
  • A banana cut into coins
  • Your favourite vegan granola

Tools:

  • Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

How to:

  1. Toast your rye bread in a toaster for about 2-3 minutes, longer for thicker slices
  2. Spread good amount of peanut butter, a lot if you want
  3. Garnish with the berries, banana coins and granola. Get creative!
  4. Enjoy!

Life update

So it’s new year and little life update.
2019, nothing special but what special is that you now are living a new year, so it’s the best time to get a resolution, or reset whatever happened last year and start fresh again, to become the YOU that you want to be or do the thing you always wanted to do.

It could be anything, like eat healthy food and be healthier, study the language you always dreamed of speaking fluently, travel on your own in a foreign country, work out 3 times a week, keep a journal, learn something new just anything for the sake of leaning, relax and have time to treat yourself,  find a flat and be independent mentally and financially.

Guessed it? Yes,  these are just a FEW things that I want to do for myself in new year.
We all say new year new you, but really, the only person who can make a deference in your life is you!
So what you waiting for:)

My hand condition is still bad but not as bad as it was a couple of months ago.
I am in between jobs at the moment and when things all get settled I really want to create more amaizing vegan food and recipes for beauty for you all!

年の数字は変わったけど特にたいした変化はないですが、新しい年は新年の目標を作ったり、去年起こったことは忘れて新しいことに挑戦したりして、新しくなりたい自分になるのにはとてもよい時期ですね!

私は今職業の関係で手荒れがひどくて、料理をしたりレシピを作ったりできないけど、落ち着いて治ったら今年はたくさんビーガン料理やレシピを作ってみんなと共有できたら嬉しいなと思っています:))))

今日は忙しい朝でも簡単に可愛くておいしく作れるバナナとベリーのピーナッツバターライ麦トーストのレシピを!
レシピっていうほどでもないのだけど、よかったら朝のゆっくりした朝食のひとときの参考にどうぞ:)

 

材料:

  • ライ麦パン – 食べたい枚数分
  • スムース/クランチのピーナッツバター
  • ラズベリー、ブラックベリー、ブルーベリー
  • バナナの輪切り
  • 好きなビーガン・グラノーラ

作り方:

  1. ライ麦パンを2-3分トースターにかける
  2. ピーナッツバターをぬる
  3. 写真みたいにラズベリー、ブラックベリー、ブルーベリー、バナナをのせて
  4. グラノーラーをかけたら
  5. 美味しく食べる:)

Ingredients

  • A few Brueberries, raspberries and black berries
  • 1/2 - 1 Banana vut into coins
  • 1 tbsp Vegan granola

  • Spread good amount of peanut butter, a lot if you want
